Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2008 ¹ 406-r since July 1st, 2008 the network of the Regional Offices of the Federal Antimonopoly Service has been enlarged. The number of the Regional Offices has constituted to 82 and the scheme of its deployment has been approved.
The Nenetskoe, Tyvinskoe, Chukotskoe, Evreyskoe, Kalmytskoe, Checheno-Ingushskoe, Moscow Region and Leningrad Region Regional Offices of the FAS Russia have launched their activity.
The existence of the independent Regional Offices of the antimonopoly authority will enable citizens and entrepreneurs acquiring faster support of their interests. In particular, the efficiency of claims' consideration has the large importance in the sphere of the state and municipal orders placement. Appearance of the FAS Russia Regional Offices in all the subjects of the Russian Federation will secure the relevant control over public procurements.
