FAS Russia is examining a petition of "Belovo Energoremontny Zavod" (registered address: 1, Pervy Teleut, Belovo, Kemerovo region 1652607; main activities - assembling, repair, maintenance and rewinding electric motors, generators and transformers) on acquiring for use 100% of fixed production-related assets and intangible assets of "Kuzbassenergougol" OJSC (registered address: 9, Institutskaya St., Kemerovo, 650002; main activities - manufacturing, repair, assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical and electric equipment, boiler plants, heat-supply networks, instrumentation and automated control systems.

Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia extended the period for reviewing the petition for two months in order to be able to obtain additional information required to make a decision on the petition.

FAS Russia invites all interested persons to submit to the antimonopoly authority information regarding impact of the transaction upon the state of competition.
