FAS Russia is examining a petition of "Deloch Enterprises Ltd." (registered address: Trident Trust Company (B.V.O.) Trident Chambers P.O. Box 146, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands; main activities -investments) on acquiring 100% voting shares of "Sevkabel - Holding" (registered address: 9 build.2., 31 Yelizarova Prospect, St Petersburg, 192148; main activities - assets management).
Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia has extended the period for reviewing the petition for two months in order to be able to obtain additional information necessary to make a decision on the petition.
FAS Russia invites all interested persons to submit to the antimonopoly authority information regarding impact of the transaction upon the state of competition.
