FAS Russia is examining a petition of "Invest-Inter" Ltd. (registered address: 24, Sadovnicheskaya St., Moscow, 115035; main activities -financial intermediary) on acquiring 50% voting shares of "AVANGARD-GARANT" Insurance Group" CJSC (registered address: 22, Ulansky Pereulok, Moscow, 101000; main activities -insurance). (FAS Russia's Registration No. 28946 ?f 28th June 2010).

Having examined the petition, FAS Russia concluded that the transaction can lead to restricting competition on the market of insurance services.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia has extended the period for reviewing the petition for two months in order to further examine the petition and be able to obtain additional information necessary to make a decision.

FAS Russia invites all interested persons to submit to the antimonopoly authority information regarding impact of the transaction upon the state of competition on the market of insurance services.
